Honeywell Technologies seeks a Sr Field Service HVAC Controls/BAS Technician to support installation, commissioning, and service of BAS and HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot complex controls, program DDC platforms, and ensure site safety and quality while collaborating with customers and teams.
The role requires 100% travel, a Monday–Friday schedule, and on-call duties every 6–8 weeks. A company vehicle, phone, laptop, and tools are provided; work is Hybrid from Acton, MA.
As a Sr Field Service HVAC Controls/BAS Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service for HVAC control systems and building automation systems (BAS). You will play an important role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our systems while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
You will report directly to our Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Acton, MA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving HVAC control issues, supporting system installations and commissioning, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
This position requires 100% travel. You will follow a Monday through Friday schedule and be home every night. You will be required to be on-call every 6-8 weeks for 1 week and receive over-time pay regardless of whether you will need to service equipment at customer sites. You will be assigned a company vehicle, phone, laptop, travel and expense card, and all necessary tools for business use.

The hourly range for this position is $57,500 - $71,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
