Torrey Holistics in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Controls Programmer to design, program, and support HVAC control systems for large commercial and industrial facilities. You will program and commission DDC, BAS, and PLC-based controls, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure project success.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC controls, strong wiring diagram literacy, and experience with major BAS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC controls programming experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and control sequences.
• Experience with BAS platforms (Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Distech).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and control schematics.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).

Responsibilities

• Program and commission HVAC control systems for commercial projects.
• Develop and modify control logic, graphics, and sequences of operation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to meet design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and technicians to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide remote or on-site technical support to clients and field staff.
