Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service HVAC Controls Technician at Acton, MA on a hybrid schedule. You will lead onsite installations, commissioning, and service of BAS and HVAC control systems, guiding technicians and coordinating with project teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
You'll leverage deep knowledge of DDC controllers, networked devices, and open protocols to diagnose complex issues, perform startups, and document as-built drawings while upholding Honeywell safety
As a Lead Field Service HVAC Controls/BAS Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and service for HVAC control systems and building automation systems (BAS). You will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our systems while serving as a technical lead and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
You will report directly to our Service Manager, and you'll work out of our Acton, MA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex HVAC control issues, leading system installations and commissioning, providing technical guidance to other technicians, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

The annual base salary range for this position is $69,000 - $87,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
