Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC in Anaheim, CA is seeking an HVAC controls technician to perform preventive maintenance, commissioning and on-site service. You will troubleshoot BAS controllers, verify system operation, and document work for customers.

Requires vocational training or an associate degree in electronics/HVAC, 5–7 years of field experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of electronic/digital control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair control components and systems.
• Proven experience in writing and understanding software for HVAC controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, testing, diagnostics and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium projects.
• Provide preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond to service calls and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on site.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/electrical/controls issues and update software on controllers and servers.
• Load and update software on network/field controllers and servers; document and report activities to customers.
