Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an experienced HVAC Controls/BAS instructor to teach fundamentals and hands-on labs. The role involves coaching students, sharing real-world field experience, and guiding startup, commissioning, and diagnostics, with minimal travel and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC Controls, DDC, or Building Automation Systems
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings
• Computer proficiency and comfort with technical software
• Experience with installation, startup, commissioning, or service work

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Teach HVAC Controls and BAS fundamentals
