The Division of Administration/Office of State Buildings has a vacancy. This job title has an assigned pay grade of WS-215. The Office of State Buildings is responsible for the operations and maintenance of about 41 State buildings. This is an HVAC Control Tech Master position that requires the individual to work independently and demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pneumatic and electronic systems associated with chiller microprocessors, commercial refrigeration equipment, Phoenix Controls, as well as building automation systems. This position requires a working knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation as well as a proficiency in Metasys and Siemens computers and building automation.
