Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager for Field Services to lead data center construction and commissioning projects across multiple sites in the United States. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while coordinating HVAC startup, field services, and safety compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in field services or construction, proficiency with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Excel, and project-tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and field service projects across different sites and oversee all phases from mobilization to closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to align with client expectations and deadlines.
• Coordinate HVAC commissioning, equipment startup, and warranty service activities.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Allocate technicians and optimize workforce utilization in collaboration with dispatch.
• Monitor productivity and resolve issues with site leads and supervisors.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing regular progress updates.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for smooth execution and communication.
• Monitor expenditures and control labor, travel, materials, and costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate invoicing and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, client requirements, and regulations.
• Address safety concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, field execution, and resource management.
• Contribute to scalable processes and tools for project visibility and control.

Accountabilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and field service projects across different sites, overseeing all phases from initial mobilization through final closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure alignment with client expectations, site readiness, and operational deadlines.
• Coordinate HVAC commissioning, equipment startup, and warranty service activities, ensuring effective execution across field teams.
• Identify potential project risks, anticipate operational challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and performance targets.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to allocate technicians effectively, align staffing levels with project requirements, and optimize workforce utilization.
• Work closely with site leads and field supervisors to monitor productivity, resolve execution issues, and ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, challenges, and potential risks.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, other trades, and facility stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
• Monitor and control project expenditures, including labor, travel, materials, and other operational costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve financial performance without compromising quality or safety.
• Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, reviewing field documentation, timecards, job coding, and other supporting information.
• Ensure all project activities comply with applicable safety standards, client requirements, job site protocols, and relevant regulatory obligations.
• Address safety concerns promptly, support compliance initiatives, and escalare issues whenever necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve project scheduling, field execution, resource management, and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of scalable operational processes and the implementation of tools and systems that improve project visibility, accountability, and control.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of project management experience in field services, construction, commissioning, or a related technical environment.
• Previous experience in data centers, HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, or other mission- critical environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously, coordinating resources and priorities across different locations.
• Strong experience developing and managing project schedules, controlling budgets, monitoring costs, and maintaining client relationships.
• Solid understanding of time-and-materials and milestone-based billing models, including the financial and operational processes involved.
• Experience using field service management platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service or comparable project and operations management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools, with the ability to analyze operational data and monitor project performance.
• Strong understanding of field operations, technician scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce productivity management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, technicians, site supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a focus on delivering measurable results rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to safety requirements.
