Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical HVAC equipment startup experience.
• Valid driver's license; must be able/available to travel 50% or more of the time.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing and verifying performance of building systems.
• Review construction documents and draft commissioning plans.
• Perform preventive maintenance and warranty calls as required.
