Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Commissioning Provider to join our Energy-as-a-Service delivery team. You will lead commissioning planning and execution for HVAC systems across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare, ensuring sequences of operation align with design intent and energy targets.

Collaboration with design, controls, and operations is essential, with travel to sites as needed. Ideal candidates have a background in engineering and 2+ years in HVAC controls or energy management;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field; or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interact with owners, representatives, contractors, engineers and architects to drive project outcomes.
• Knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning planning and execution for HVAC systems.
• Design reviews and functional performance testing.
• Coordinate submittals and testing activities across projects.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional tests.
• Travel to project sites and support turnover with operations teams.
