What You'll Do
Build Contractor Relationships
Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with mechanical contractors, project managers, estimators, and field supervisors.
Be their go-to partner from design through installation—offering guidance, expertise, and unmatched support.
Drive Sales Growth
Expand your territory by prospecting new accounts and deepening existing relationships.
Identify and pursue commercial construction and retrofit opportunities.
Deliver timely, competitive proposals that win business and build loyalty.
Provide Technical Support
Advise contractors on the best equipment, layout, and application for their projects.
Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and inside sales to deliver precise, value-driven solutions.
Stay current on product lines, codes, and industry best practices.
Support Bids & Projects
Analyze specs, drawings, and bid documents to align products with project requirements.
Attend job walks, bid meetings, and pre-construction discussions.
Track opportunities through bid boards, leads, and contractor insights.
Monitor Market Trends
Stay on top of local construction activity and competitor moves.
Maintain accurate project tracking and pipeline reporting.
Share insights, forecasts, and feedback with leadership to shape strategy.
