Job Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, perform diagnosis, and repair/replace heating and cooling systems.
2. Conduct plumbing repairs and complete assigned preventive maintenance.
3. Work with packaged rooftop units, gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, cooling systems, humidification, and commercial associated controls.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must pass background check and drug screen.
2. Proficient in installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems and residential plumbing.
3. Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
4. Service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC Equipment.
5. EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred.
6. Must possess a current valid driver's license, diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and your own set of basic hand tools.
