Freedom Power, based in Austin, TX, is hiring for an HVAC Comfort Advisor & Technician on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You’ll act as the trusted in‑home expert, diagnosing system needs and presenting solutions that blend high‑efficiency HVAC with solar and energy storage.

The role emphasizes growth from technician to Comfort Advisor with clear upward mobility. Top performers can earn $100K–$200K through competitive hourly wages, uncapped commissions, and installation bonuses.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification (required).
• TDLR HVAC Certification (required).
• An eye for detail and a knack for troubleshooting the tricky stuff.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bonus points: experience with smart home energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Walk into homes as a trusted advisor and diagnose what’s really going on.
• Turn in‑home consultations into real conversations with homeowners.

What You Bring

• EPA Section 608 Certification (required)

The Physical Side

• Comfortable moving — stooping, kneeling, bending, standing, and everything in between, for extended stretches
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
• Good with heights, and unbothered by Texas heat or a cold snap
