Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a driven sales professional to provide customer options, design, and education in replacing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will engage clients, present options, and guide the process with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role includes presenting financing options, learning the One Hour sales system, and maintaining margins as directed by a supervisor, while upholding safety and professional standards in client homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience required.
• HVAC trade experience a plus.
• Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
