Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• General repairs incl. plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Assist with unit inspections, turnovers, and curb appeal.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
