Job summary

Ciranta Property Management LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC certified Maintenance Technician to join our San Antonio team. This contract-to-hire role supports multi-family communities by maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.

Responsibilities include proactive preventative maintenance, completing make-readies for new residents, and responding to service requests while supporting on-call rotations. Strong customer service and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

HVAC certification required.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in multi-family housing.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Perform preventative maintenance across units and common areas.
Complete “make-ready” tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents.
Ensure the property’s curb appeal by maintaining exterior areas and lighting.
Respond promptly to resident service requests and participate in the on-call rotation.
