Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification required.
• Prior building maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and HVAC maintenance tasks.
• Change light bulbs and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Repair drywall, paint, and minor plumbing as needed.
• Maintain facility vehicle fleet and complete reports on time.
