Responsibilities

• Monitor life safety systems and conduct routine repairs unsupervised.
• Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and general building tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and track work in CMMS.
• Maintain tools and work areas safely and organized.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
• Ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.
