Job summary

JLL in Atlanta, GA is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to ensure reliable operation of facility equipment across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. On-site, 7:00am–4:00pm, $35–$36/hour. EPA/CFC license and 4+ years of experience required.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and work with BAS and building systems to support client occupancy and operations. This is a hands-on role within a global facilities leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or technical training.
• EPA/CFC universal license required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Study equipment types and BAS, fire/life safety, and other building systems.
• Complete inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
