Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of the trades supervised.
• Knowledge of safety measures and occupation hazards of the trades.
• Knowledge of Metasys/Johnson Controls.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new staff.
• Provide cost estimates for proposed projects.
• Inspect facility and identify maintenance projects that needs to be completed.
• Perform skilled building maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, HVAC, painting, locksmith, preventive maintenance).
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace plumbing lines and fixtures.
• Build or remodel interiors/exteriors to meet maintenance needs.
• Complete required reports and verify costs for tasks.
