Job summary

Wesley Medical Center in Kansas seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service and maintain HVAC, boilers, refrigeration units, and related electrical and pneumatic systems. The role includes managing DDC controls, Building Automation System, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with outside contractors.

The position requires vocational training or related experience, a Kansas driver's license, and EPA 608 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational school graduate or equivalent experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Several years of HVAC/hydraulic/electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety, MSDS, and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Process work requests and monitor DDC controls and BAS.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals to specs.
• Inspect, calibrate, and repair pneumatic and electrical controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a regular schedule.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards through documentation.
