• System Maintenance: install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC controls and Building Automation Systems.
• Technical Support: respond to service and warranty calls with front-line repair.
• Problem Solving: use diagnostics to resolve building inefficiencies and suggest updates.
• Customer Engagement: act as trusted advisor with clear communication to clients.
