Job summary

SSH BUILDING AND FACILITY SERVICES LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic with boiler maintenance expertise to service residential and light commercial systems in the Willow Grove area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, burners, and hydronic heating equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience with boiler maintenance.
• Ability to problem solve independently.
• Valid HVAC license or certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including boiler systems in residential settings.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial steam and hot water heating systems.
• Diagnose and repair burners, ignition systems, gas valves, circulators, zone valves, pressure controls, and safety devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and modifications when needed.
• Diagnose hydronic heating problems involving circulation, air elimination, expansion tanks, zoning, and system pressure.
• Perform seasonal maintenance, safety inspections, combustion analysis, and efficiency evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and longevity.

SSH Facilities and Stanley W Cooper are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic who has experience maintaining Boiler systems. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and be able to work independently. Finally, you will not be required to sell or meet specific quotas. We are a family owned and operated company whose goal is to provide excellent service to our customers.
