SSH Facilities and Stanley W Cooper are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic with boiler maintenance expertise to serve residential and light commercial settings. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, steam/radiant systems, and related components while delivering dependable service.

The ideal candidate works independently, communicates clearly with customers, and embraces a team-oriented environment in a family-owned company that values craftsmanship and long-term relationships.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience with demonstrated competence in Boiler Maintenance.
• Ability to problem solve independently.
• Valid HVAC license or certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment/materials as required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including but not limited to boiler systems in residential settings
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial steam and hot water heating systems
• Diagnose and repair burners, ignition systems, gas valves, circulators, zone valves, pressure controls, and safety devices
• Perform preventative maintenance and modifications when needed.
• Diagnose hydronic heating problems involving circulation, air elimination, expansion tanks, zoning, and system pressure
• Perform seasonal maintenance, safety inspections, combustion analysis, and efficiency evaluations
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and longevity

Description

SSH Facilities and Stanley W Cooper are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic who has experience maintaining Boiler systems. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and be able to work independently. Finally, you will not be required to sell or meet specific quotas. We are a family owned and operated company whose goal is to provide excellent service to our customers.
