Job summary

Pinnacle, a global BIM and digital construction leader, seeks an experienced HVAC BIM Coordinator to support US customers, field professionals, and India-based production teams.

You will deliver BIM modeling for commercial duct systems, lead BIM coordination meetings, and coordinate with other trades while following BIM Execution Plans. Travel within the USA is required, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of HVAC BIM experience preferred.
• At least 3 years specifically working on US HVAC/BIM projects.
• Experience with a mechanical, sheet-metal, or HVAC fabrication contractor is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related BIM tools.
• Knowledge of SMACNA standards and applicable mechanical codes.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret project specifications.
• Experience leading BIM coordination meetings.
• Willingness to travel within the USA.
• Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Expand existing customer relationships through additional scopes and services.
• Travel to customer offices or project locations as required.
