Lane Valente Industries is seeking an HVAC Apprentice to assist experienced technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on service sites.

The role includes performing site surveys, preventive maintenance, and coordinating on-site work, with a focus on learning and customer satisfaction. Some overtime and travel may be required as part of our national service operations.

Qualifications

• Apprentice HVAC role assisting experienced technicians with installs, maintenance, and repairs.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems on service sites.
• Diagnose and repair units using hand-tools per blueprints or engineering specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation by reviewing layout and gathering materials.
• Document work, time, and parts; maintain records and communicate with customers.
• Provide technical support and act as customer contact as needed.
• Coordinate parts orders and report costs.
