Positions We Offer

We employ a wide range of positions—either in the office or in the field—including:

  1. Estimators: Work with engineers and a design team to gather information and create accurate estimates of construction project costs, including personnel, materials, equipment, labor, and time. Their goal is to provide precise information to aid operational and strategic planning.
  2. Project Managers: Lead and oversee construction projects, collaborating with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include planning, staffing, and supervising team members.
  3. Service Technicians: Perform technical repairs and maintenance on hardware in facilities or in the field. Tasks include installing and testing products, diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing equipment, educating clients, and providing customer support. Safety practices and record-keeping are essential.
  4. Construction Superintendents: Manage daily operations of construction sites, from planning to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, resource management, quality control, safety and compliance, team management, and documentation.
  5. HVAC Technicians: Install, repair, maintain, and replace heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in various settings. They may also provide warranty service, observe safety protocols, and communicate effectively.
  6. Journeyman Plumbers: Focus on plumbing and drainage systems, installing new systems, detecting leaks or issues, and maintaining or repairing existing systems in residential or commercial settings. Knowledge of pipe fittings, fixtures, and pressure gauges is important.
