HVAC Apprentice Technician
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentives
Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance inspections, cleanings, and system evaluations
- Assist with servicing and repairing residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment
- Discuss maintenance plans, repair recommendations, indoor air quality solutions, and replacement options with customers
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service
- Participate in hands‑on training and learn industry best practices from experienced technicians
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experienceExperience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or a related trade is beneficial
- EPA certification is preferred but not required; training is available
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and lead technicians
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools, including drills and saws
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
