This full-time position offers starting pay between $16.50 to $33.00 per hour plus bonuses. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities

• Learn hands-on from experienced technicians in the field.
• Support clients with maintenance, repairs, and comfort solutions.
• Perform maintenance on heating & cooling systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair system issues alongside senior technicians.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair options.
