H. Jack’s Plumbing & Heating Co. is hiring HVAC apprentices to join our team across our Wickliffe, Akron, Erie, and Jamestown locations. This full-time role provides hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC services, repairs, and installations.

Ideal applicants have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a desire to grow within a winning team. Previous trades experience is not required, and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior trades experience required; eager to learn and grow in HVAC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and team.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on tasks.
• Willingness to follow training and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Learn HVAC systems, tools, and home remodeling basics under supervision.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and document work performed.
