Blue Mountain Construction Services in Vacaville, CA, has an immediate opening for an apprentice Residential HVAC Gutter Installer.

Job Summary

The HVAC Apprentice Gutter/Sheet Metal Installer will be responsible for the installation of HVAC, Gutter, and Sheet Metal in Residential New Construction Projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in installing HVAC systems.
• Work comfortably on 2-story roofs.
• Provide own transportation and tools.
• Motivated to produce quality work.
• Maintain accurate records.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of Trade School.
• At least 6 months of experience.
• Ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, be reliable, and provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to comply with safety standards in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to lift over 70 pounds.
• Knowledge of current HVAC codes, regulations, and standards.
• Residential or Construction experience is a plus.
• Own tools and reliable transportation capable of storing a 6-foot ladder.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, bending, and stooping continually.
• Climbing ladders frequently.
• Use of both hands for grasping objects.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
