Qualifications

• Willingness to learn commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and project procedures.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and developing troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under supervision in live customer environments.
• Strong attention to detail when completing PMs, inspections, and documentation.
• Professional communication with technicians, customers, vendors, and leadership.
• Ability to prioritize assigned tasks and ask for guidance when needed.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and readiness to support field-based work across Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman technicians, senior technicians, and project leaders with preventive maintenance, inspections, and documentation.
• Support safe work execution and follow ABM, customer, union, and site safety requirements.
• Continue developing technical skills while working across commercial, industrial, and institutional environments.
• Grow into a fully qualified HVAC journeyman serving commercial and industrial customers across the Atlanta market.
