Job summary

Air Experts in Pennsylvania seeks an HVAC Maintenance Apprentice to learn on the job while earning a paycheck. You will gain practical skills in maintenance, repair and installation as you work in real environments.

The role offers paid training and a clear path to growth within a dedicated team, with opportunities to master essential HVAC techniques and customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license active for at least 2 years with clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background check.
• Able to work in non-office environments (crawl spaces, attics).

Responsibilities

• Complete 8–10 weeks of intensive HVAC training.
• Attend Monday–Friday 7am–5pm (field training may extend).
• Earn a paycheck while you learn as an apprentice.
• Join a team with ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Apprentice Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

This is 8-10 weeks of intensive training. Attendance is critical to learn the skills you need to be successful in this role. If you're not able to commit to the full 10 weeks working Monday - Friday from 7am-5pm (could be later if training in the field) wait to apply until our next opening.
