Augusta Plumbing and Heating in St. Cloud, MN is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time HVAC Apprentice role. No experience required — we provide all training and pay you $19+ per hour, plus a broad benefits package.

You will work alongside seasoned HVAC and plumbing technicians on residential projects, learning to install systems and troubleshoot issues with a focus on quality and safety. This position offers a stable schedule with no on-call, night, or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Residence within a 15-minute commute of our St. Cloud, MN shop
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and handle the physical aspects of the job

ABOUT THIS APPRENTICESHIP

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

As an HVAC Apprentice, you start your day working alongside skilled HVAC and plumbing technicians. Whether you're assisting with installing new heating and cooling systems or helping fix a plumbing issue in a residential home, you're learning the ins and outs of the trade.
