We are a growing company looking for someone willing to grow with us. We have built a reputation of excellence, integrity, and keeping it cool in the Phoenix Metro area. We aim to hire a person with these ideals for the position of HVAC Apprentice.

This position requires an energetic, hardworking, and motivated individual to assist our Lead Technicians and Lead Installers in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. The goal is to promote HVAC Apprentices to Lead Technician roles once they learn and demonstrate the necessary skills to lead their own team and work independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to the Lead Technician.
• Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and servicing HVAC systems.
• Help complete invoicing, notes, and take pictures on each job.
• Follow all safety precautions and wear appropriate safety equipment at all times.
• Maintain clean and professional work areas.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
• Establish positive working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management (Stay Cool).
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
