Qualifications

• Valid, clean driver’s license is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation to and from work necessary.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs is essential.
• Availability for work Monday–Friday, Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the structured ride-along training program.
• Assist lead technicians with installs, repairs, and maintenance.
• Install HVAC systems including mechanical and electronic components.
• Install ductwork (flex and sheet metal).
• Perform maintenance to ensure system operation.
• Take notes and grow technical skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participating in our structured ride‑along training program

• Taking notes, learning daily, and growing your technical skill set
• Supporting the Service Manager when assigned
