Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Hands-on HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs.
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment repairs.
• Learn proper HVAC tools, equipment, and service procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Complete training and develop the skills needed to advance within the HVAC trade.
