Job summary

Mister Quik is hiring motivated individuals for our HVAC apprentice program in Indiana. No prior experience needed; you’ll gain paid, hands-on training in a state-of-the-art apprenticeship building and begin a career in HVAC with growth and promotion opportunities.

As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll learn heating and air conditioning skills, educate customers, and participate in a sales training curriculum. The role includes a full-time schedule with benefits and a vehicle provided after training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about equipment in their home and offer products and enhancements to improve their lives and homes.
• Maintain and repair heating and air equipment.
• Learn and embrace sales processes.
• Enroll in sales training curriculum and complete required training lessons.
• Execute strategy and debrief calls with your sales manager.
• Complete full home inspections.
• Coordinate with office for daily calls.
• Maintain company vehicle and keep it clean and organized.
• Maintain a professional image.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
