Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric in Colorado is seeking an HVAC Apprentice to join our team. Under lead supervision you’ll learn to install, troubleshoot and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering top-notch customer service.
You'll train with skilled technicians, report on time, stay in uniform, and adhere to safety and code requirements. This entry-level role offers growth through ongoing training and team events.

Working under the general supervision of a lead installer, you will learn to properly install air conditioning, heating, IAQ and humidity & temperature control systems for residential and commercial customers. You will learn the following:
Learn the following from HVAC Technicians: troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems all while providing top-notch customer service.
Report to office or meeting location with lead technician on time and ready to learn
Always be in uniform and represent yourself with professionalism
Learn to thoroughly check the entire HVAC system after the new installation for proper operation for both residential and commercial systems
Learn to determine sources of HVAC malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
Learn the process of replacing and installing HVAC systems in our customer's homes in a way that complies with all building codes
Thoroughly checking the entire HVAC system after the new installation for proper operation
Adhere to the highest standards of quality, and safety
Gain knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and municipal codes and commitment to consistently comply with all codes
Learn all permit requirements and ensure that all work completed is permitted appropriately
Other duties as assigned
Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.
Previous trade experience helpful but not required
