InterSolutions, LLC is hiring Apartment HVAC Technicians for apartment communities in Southaven, MS. This role is available for part-time or full-time opportunities and offers growth with our growing team. You will handle service requests under supervision and help prep vacant units for leasing.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/EPA experience, strong communication skills, and physical capability to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders. Weekend work may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plus.
• General maintenance repair and service knowledge.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents.
• Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.
