Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is hiring Apartment HVAC Technicians in Tuscaloosa, AL to support apartment communities. Roles are available part-time or full-time with a competitive pay rate of $19-$23 per hour and opportunities to advance with a growing team.

Technicians will complete service requests, prepare vacant units, perform repairs and installations, and provide excellent resident service while adhering to industry standards. HVAC/EPA experience is required or certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plus.
• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents.
• Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.

The apartment maintenance team is responsible for completing service requests under the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
