Responsibilities

• Maintain pneumatic systems, valves, piping, and gas-fired equipment.
• Perform visual inspections to detect abnormal operation and correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate shutdowns with staff and external vendors as needed.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in all tasks.

Job Description:I. Position Summary:Repair, adjust, maintain and replace the entire heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as needed. Collaborate with outside utilities on heating, A/C and ventilation.II.
