The Project Manager is involved in designing, planning, coordinating, staffing, and executing commercial HVAC and Plumbing installation projects. They work with various other professionals and customers, including building owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the systems are installed within the allotted budget and schedule.

• Monitor project reports to assess status and determine necessary actions. Provide regular updates on project progress, costs, and budget adherence.
• Conducted pre-construction planning meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with the overall master schedule.
• Manage subcontractor agreements and equipment procurement to support project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project issues promptly to appropriate management levels.
• Prepare project estimates, review final forecast, and ensure accurate entry into project financial systems.
• Coordinate and submit monthly billing to maintain proper cash flow throughout project execution.
• Resolve conflicts involving clients, vendors, trades, or Partners efficiently and professionally.
• Develop policies and procedures aimed at continuous improvement.
• Conduct site visits to inspect work progress, verify project status, and address any issues related to contracts or project delivery.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in construction sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects directly for a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
