Job description

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HVAC / Air Duct Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will work in homes and businesses, cleaning various HVAC systems by removing dirt, mold, debris, and other materials from ductwork and components.

We offer hands-on PAID training, a company vehicle for travel within the territory, and a company phone after training.

Responsibilities:

• Learn cleaning procedures, techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Perform HVAC / Air Duct cleaning duties following company policies and manufacturer recommendations.
• Follow safety standards by wearing protective gear and using proper equipment.
• Clean customer areas, update work orders, and explain procedures to clients.
• Operate power equipment such as vacuums, air compressors, and power tools.
• Assess HVAC systems to determine the best cleaning approach.
• Work from heights and move furniture as needed.
• Upsell additional services and products to customers.
• Maintain and repair equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Build positive customer relationships and respond to complaints.
• Earn certifications relevant to the field.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Good communication, listening, and math skills.
• Ability to work independently and support team efforts.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines.
• Industry and sales experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and pushing.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record, background check, and drug screening.
