Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HVAC or related discipline with five (5) years of direct experience in residential and commercial HVAC/R.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HVAC instruction including hands-on and theory, classroom management, and related administrative tasks.
• Prepare and maintain current syllabi for courses taught.
• Ensure course delivery aligns with established syllabi and objectives.
• Recommend instructional materials and laboratory facilities for the course.
• Supervise students and manage labs.
