Job summary

Bosch Homecomfort in Jonesboro, AR seeks a sales-focused HVAC professional to promote the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market and represent a leading HVAC brand.

You will develop partnerships, recruit new customers, and support dealers, selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors with emphasis on signing new York Dealers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth understanding of residential and commercial product offering.
• Support internal and external customers with technical and commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
• Offer energy- and cost-saving solution alternatives with strong product selection.
• Make proactive calls to drive sales and increase margins.
• Handle order entry and shipment tracking as needed.
• Provide post-sale support.
• Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
• Perform other duties as directed.

You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. You will also become a member of a highly motivated, winning team fostering an inclusive and positive culture.

You will be responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers. This position will be based out of Jonesboro, AR (NE Arkansas Area)

The selected candidate will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. You will represent a company proud to design, assemble and manufacture HVAC products in the USA.

Required Qualifications:
