To join our team as an HVAC Account Manager! You will act as a representative to the customer's organization and build relationships in various markets. Your responsibilities include managing contractor and trade allies recording interactions, and verifying product installations. You will sell technical products/services, train on specifications with trade allies, and communicate program changes.
Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory.

Develop and carry out effective outreach campaigns for customer acquisition and Trade Ally recruitment to attain program goals
Provide local on-site local technical support for Trade Allies and technicians to encourage participation and overcome obstacles
Assist technicians following classroom training with their first tune ups to assure thorough understanding of the CoolSaver methods and our instrument kit
Review any areas of misunderstanding as revealed by the “post training written test” …
Complete randomly scheduled in-field tune up performance of Trade Allies and technicians (job shadowing) to correct any deviance from our prescribed methodology
Resolve Trade Ally / technician issues within the CRM tool that have been identified by the engineering review team
Follow up on QAQC Inspection results with proper feedback to technicians.
Learn classroom presentation for Basic CoolSaver Qualification Training under the supervision of experienced Sr Account Manager
On-board and support of QAQC Specialists
Assist with training new hires on the CoolSaver QAQC processes
Assist with training QAQC specialists with CoolSaver instrument training
Assist with inspection issues, customer complaint/resolution and issues of technician failure
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
HVAC background
EPA Type Universal Certification required
Three to five years field experience, small and large tonnage commercial systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office products; word, excel, power point
Comfortable with in-person presentation and training to HVAC technician
Formal HVAC educational background preferred
Driving
Are at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
