Job summary

Michael and Son Services in Raleigh, NC is recruiting individuals for a paid training program to become service technicians. No prior experience is required if you have strong customer service and sales skills; paid hourly during training and a clear path to advancement is provided.

Participants will complete an 8-week immersive program at the Richmond Michael and Son Technical Academy, then join the field with ongoing support, a take-home service truck, and benefits as they progress toward

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to prove or exhibit customer service and sales skills.
• A great attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend eight-week training at the Michael and Son Technical Academy and on-the-job training.
• Learn the basics of the business and develop job-ready skills.
• Be on a learning track with rapid growth opportunities in management.
• Receive ongoing training and support from field-certified trainers.
• After training, be equipped with a fully-stocked take-home service truck and company resources.
