What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee overall management of high voltage construction and operations to ensure successful project execution
- Direct and mentor other project managers, project engineers, and junior staff
- Manage project budgets and schedules with director support
- Negotiate change orders with clients and subcontractors
- Lead lessons learned meetings and support technical training initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design and/or construction of power substations
- Licensed Professional Engineer or PMP certification preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of NFPA 70e "Qualified Person" standards and safety training related to electrical equipment
- Experience with project management software, particularly P6 scheduling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
