Job summary

Freedom is recruiting an HV/LV Electrical Manager to lead high and low voltage electrical operations across multiple projects. The role focuses on safe, on-time delivery and budget control, with emphasis on leadership and stakeholder engagement.

You will oversee installation, maintenance and commissioning, support tender preparation, and drive HSQE compliance and continuous improvement within a dynamic team. Ng Bailey Group backing provides stability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HV/LV electrical operations in utilities, construction or industrial settings.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience estimating and preparing bids.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of HSQE requirements and electrical standards.
• Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HV/LV electrical operations including installation, maintenance and commissioning.
• Manage project delivery to ensure safety, timeliness and budget compliance.
• Support commercial activities such as estimation, tender prep and bid submissions.
• Ensure full HSQE compliance and continuous improvement of processes.
• Provide leadership and development to operational teams, driving performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation and procurement.
• Develop best-practice procedures and leverage digital tools for efficiency.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
