Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support high-voltage construction and operation, ensuring safe and on-schedule project execution. This on-site role is based on a Texas jobsite with potential travel to Denver, CO.

You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and owners, review agreements, assist with budgets and procurement, drive kickoff and progress meetings, and uphold SOLV Energy’s safety standards across energized substations.

Qualifications

  • Three to four years of related experience in power substations design or construction.
  • PMP certification or direct relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate all Project Engineer responsibilities to achieve project success.
  • Review Power Purchase Agreements, Interconnection Agreements, and requirements to ensure project compliance.
  • Assist in preparing HV budgets, forecasts, and subcontractor scopes of work.
